Sugar Here, Sugar There, Sugar Everywhere!

Someone pointed me to this website: I find it amusing, but then again, I don't normally eat food that is shown on that website. However, some foods are naturally sweet -- whole fruits should not be shunned! For those of you who eat out.. this might be a huge eye-opener! It is the processed foods where we have to careful of refined sugars, manufactured fats, and commercial salt.


  1. That's definitely intriguing. I'm with you though: I don't think we should whole fruits. Some sugar in the diet is normal and natural, the problem is all the garbage and the overwhelming amounts we're eating.
